Registration fee includes:
• Access to all Scientific Sessions;
• Welcome Party, Lunch and Coffee Breaks;
• Exhibition Booths and Congress Material;

The Social Dinner can be also purchased after the registration.
Arrangements for accompanying person(s) can be made on request by contacting the Congress Secretariat.
Cancellation Policy:
In case you need to cancel your Registration you can send an e-mail to the Organizing Secretariat YES MEET (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
- Until June 10th 2022 - 20% will be withheld for administrative fees
- From June 11th to July 10th 2022 - you will be refunded of 50% of the Registration fee paid
- As of July 11th - no refund will be processed
Modification and Cancellation of the Congress
- The Congress Organizers are planning to run the Congress exclusively as a physical event, but if that is not possible due to pandemic hard restrictions, the Congress may be held wholly or partly as an online meeting.
- The Congress organizers reserve the right to modify the Congress programme in case of circumstances outside of their reasonable control, including (but not limited to) pandemic. In case of such modification, registration fees will be remodulated and the difference returned back to subscribers.
- If the Congress is cancelled in any format, the Congress organizers will refund the full registration fee.
- If after July 11, pandemic restrictions exist or enters into force in Countries other than Italy, the Congress will continue running as a physical event, and the Organizers will evaluate whether to make the Congress also virtual. Moreover, The Organizers will allow the Attendees from these specific Countries to have the registration fee refunded or remodulated in case of virtual attendance.
